Suddenly OLEKU is back – with the spin-offs, Oleku fashion, Oleku look, Oleku music, Oleku this and that, only a few remembering it’s origin. The film, Oleku, adapted from Akinwumi Isola’s masterpiece, a dramatic love story was made 16 years ago berthed at the University of Ibadan. We took over the Alumni Centre and turned it into our studio and living quarters. Pat Nebo’s evocative set design, dressing and period costume, prop including vehicles turned it into one of our classics of all time. Enough of Oleku, let us talk about LOVE.
